Dhwani Academy USA , a non-profit 501.c 3 corporation incorporated in California , is founded with an aim of propagating Indian Music with a special emphasis on percussion and rhythms of India . Dhwani now has more than 40 regular students in different centers that it operates and its main office is situated in Anaheim, California.

Dhwani has six major chapters in the Los Angeles , San Diego and Valley area. Dhwani operates regular classes in these places (please consult class schedule). Our instructor Jyoti prakash, (www.jyotiprakas.com) a senior disciple of Abhijit Banerjee, takes care of the students through out the year. The principal Abhijit Banerjee himself spends almost 4-5 months in California and also spends time and gives attention to each and every student personally.

Dhwani Academy feels Students in many festivals, outreach and community programs.

Dhwani academy’s annual programs are organized along with performance and demonstration from noted music stalwarts as invitees.
